2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across India
- 📌 A 6% additional charge applies on COD orders
(This is a VPP charge by India Post / courier services)
👉 We recommend prepaid orders to avoid extra charges and ensure faster processing.
3. International Shipping

- 💰 Shipping charges are calculated based on volumetric weight
- ✈️ Orders are shipped via DHL Express / DTDC International
- ⏱️ Delivery Time: 7–10 business days

4. Order Processing

- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped
5. Returns & Reshipping
- If a product is returned and approved under our policy:

6. Missing or Lost Parcels

- In case of a lost shipment:
- We will initiate an investigation with the courier
- Once confirmed, a replacement will be sent free of cost
