1. Warranty Coverage

  • All bats come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and breakage during normal play (ball impact).

2. Easy Warranty Claim Process

To make things simple, just follow these steps:

  1. Share clear photos & videos of the damaged bat
  2. Contact our support team for quick approval
  3. Send the bat back to us for inspection

3. Important Usage Note

  • We recommend applying Araldite on the bat toe for extra durability
  • While not mandatory, it helps in smoother warranty approval

4. Replacement Policy

  • If your claim is approved, you will receive a free replacement bat
  • Replacement will be of the same model and specifications

5. One-Time Replacement

  • Each bat is eligible for one replacement under warranty
  • This helps us maintain fair usage of our warranty system

6. Shipping Policy

  • Customers are requested to send the damaged bat to us
  • We cover the cost of sending the replacement back to you

7. What is Covered / Not Covered

✅ Covered:

  • Breakage due to ball impact during normal play
  • Manufacturing defects

❌ Not Covered:

  • Damage due to misuse, water exposure, or improper handling
  • Toe damage without protection
  • Intentional damage

8. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a wrong or defective product, we will happily exchange it
